By ordering from Phantom Moto, you accept these terms:

1. - All product images represent the items accurately, but lighting and angles may cause minor variations.
2. - In case of delivery failure due to wrong address/details, customer will bear the re-delivery charges.
3. - Orders once placed are non-returnable. Genuine issues will be reviewed case-by-case.
4. - Payments once made are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
5. - Orders cannot be cancelled after they are dispatched.
6. - Only manufacturing defects, damage, or fitting issues are eligible for return—with unboxing video proof.
7. - We share product photos/videos before packing and dispatch.
8. - We are not liable for damage occurring during transit.
9. - Loss or damage during return shipment is not our responsibility.
10. - Delivery charges vary based on the product and address.
11. - All warranty claims must be directed to the product’s manufacturer; we do not process warranties.
12. - Legal matters will be under the jurisdiction of Mumbai city district, Maharashtra, India.
